Toys for Local Children

The Swampscott Toys for Local Children (TLC) Program is once again preparing for the holiday season.  This wonderful program helps to enhance a child’s holiday season by providing a few presents for each child in the family.  Many families find this time of year particularly difficult due to added burdens which come at the holidays.  If you feel that your child might benefit from the TLC Program, please contact your school nurse by Friday, December 1, 2017.  The nurse will help you process your request.

Confidentiality will be assured.

Sincerely,

Ann Hudson, Clarke School 781-596-8812
Jennifer Miller, Hadley School 781-596-8847
Jane Cassidy, Stanley School, 781- 596-8837

Student Absences

If you know that your child will be absent please be sure to call our school absentee line directly at (781) 596-8812 and then press 1. Although we appreciate that many families email this information, it is not as timely as leaving information on our absentee line.  Safety is our first priority at the Clarke School. Having student absence information prior to 8:15 in the  morning will alleviate the need for us to make phone calls to families in order to find out if a student is safe or not.  We would appreciate you following this important communication protocol.
